Change the Name to rename a stage on dashboards. Sequence controls order. Tick Delete and Save to remove a stage permanently (activities on that stage become unassigned).
These are the 14 workflow steps. Assign each to an executive stage. Tick Milestone for activities that appear as diamonds on the Gantt and in Upcoming Milestones.
Save stages & assignments
After saving, sync copies stage assignments and milestone flags from lifecycle activities onto existing delivery activities (so the dashboard and Gantt reflect the new settings).
